This is a course on global social system, order and international relations. It will focus on how does globalization come into being? How does it change? How to reconstruct the world arena and rebuild the global community? The aim is to enable learners to grasp the main issues and the changing rules of the world arena, with human being’s feelings and global vision.

To explain how globalization rebuilt public policy and social behavior, we study the different political, economic, and social actors - public or private, individual or collective - and the exchanges and interactions between them that are remaking international relations.
